Purchasing is chartered with developing our supply chain in support of our company objectives. We have put in policies to ensure we meet that goal.

• All suppliers are to have read and understand our Key Policies and Terms of Conditions.
• Speedline supports our manufacturing with two procurement groups. Purchase orders will identify to which location your products are to ship. Any communication regarding these orders should go through the appropriate buyer at that site.
  • Franklin, MA: MPM Stencil Printers and Camalot Dispensers
  • Camdenton, MO: Electrovert Reflow Soldering and Cleaning Equipment and Accel
  Microelectronics cleaning and Reflow systems.
• Speedline utilizes Evaluated Receipts Settlement (ERS) for most supplier invoices. If you are unsure if ERS is in place with your company, please contact your buyer.
• As a global supplier, Speedline is required to comply with many standards around the world. Our suppliers are expected to comply with these as well and not used banned substances in the manufacture of products supplied to Speedline. All products supplied to Speedline are required to comply with the European Union's Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restricted use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
• All suppliers on our Approved Supplier Lists are to have the following on file at Speedline:
  • Completed Supplier Audit form and/or copy of ISO certification.
  • Current signed Non-Disclosure form.
  • Completed Supplier Profile Form
• We are in the process of developing a supplier handbook to make it easier to do business with Speedline. Upon completion, the handbook will be available here.
