ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT

The Speedline Technologies Advanced Development Group is focused on developing new technologies that includes both equipment and process. The Advanced Equipment Group has been designed to develop technologies to support board assembly and semiconductor industry in future products.

The Advanced Development Process Group is focused on process development of emerging technologies employing sound statistical methodology. Our laboratory is staffed with experienced process engineers and equipment, necessary to investigate, develop, and optimize our customer’s current and future process.

One of the main focus of our Advanced Development Group has been to understand the basic challenges associated with Ultra Fine Pitch Printing, more specifically, Broadband Printing. Our engineers continue to develop hardware, software and process knowledge to meet our customers’ needs in this area.
